Performs and publishes 3 e-learning courses on technology or a technical skill on an open knowledge-sharing platform.


Maps the movements and movement time of employees to customers, suppliers, within the organisation and reduces these movements by at least 20% by 2022.

Door het in kaart te brengen van alle competenties van onze medewerkers, bepalen we niet alleen de huidige status, maar ook een duidelijk takenpakket voor de toekomst. Op deze basis bezorgen we onze mensen een persoonlijk ontwikkelingstraject met een quota van 20 opleidingsdagen per jaar (e-learning, classroom, ...).
