Provides an open training course catalogue consisting of the 10 most important competences in the Digital Skill Indicator to their employees from which they can select an average of 3 training course days.

Performs and publishes 3 e-learning courses on technology or a technical skill on an open knowledge-sharing platform.

Offers a talent scan for all employees to detect unknown strengths which is used to determine their sustainable labour market skills.

Mijn engagement zal erop gericht zijn om werkgroepen op te richten en de opvolging van de uit te voeren acties te verzekeren om de implementatie en/of toepassing van duurzame processen mogelijk te maken; dit door mijn medewerkers zoveel mogelijk mogelijkheden te bieden om zich over deze onderwerpen uit te drukken; deze samenwerking zal ons in staat stellen om samen verder te evolueren en hun inzetbaarheid en hun welzijn binnen het bedrijf op lange termijn te verzekeren.
